Job seeker–employer matching platform for Come4Work
Building the Come4Work platform that connects job seekers with employers in Germany.
For Come4Work, based in Berlin, we built an intermediary platform that brings together skilled workers looking for jobs abroad and employers in Germany searching for new talent. The site offers separate registration flows for job seekers (Freelance and Salaried) and for companies (Sole Proprietorship, Limited and Joint-Stock).
The platform also presents introduction videos covering dozens of professions — from nursing and plumbing to cooking and software development — along with information on visa consultancy and support tracking the bureaucratic steps of employment contracts, a detailed FAQ section and a blog. The login and signup pages also support quick sign-in via Facebook and Google.
The design was built fully responsive and performs equally well on desktop, tablet and mobile. The site serves visitors in Turkish, German, English and Russian.
